God of the Impossible

 We serve the God who does Impossible things:

• Existing without being created? Impossible
• Creating something from nothing? Impossible
• Breathing life into dust and a man comes alive? Impossible
• Creating a nation through a childless man? Impossible
• Freeing millions of slaves from a Pharaoh? Impossible

Do you actually believe these things? Then you believe in a God who does impossible things.

• Using a shepherd boy to slay a fearsome giant-warrior? Impossible
• A virgin woman giving birth? Impossible
• Using a handful of loaves and fish to feed thousands? Impossible
• Bringing sight to the blind? Impossible
• Walking on water? Impossible

Do you actually believe these things? Then you believe in the God who does impossible things.

• Bringing a dead man back to life? Impossible
• A perfect and sinless human being? Impossible
• Spreading the Gospel through untrained and uneducated people? Impossible
• Sinners and evildoers becoming children of God by faith alone? Impossible
• Man being fully united to God and filled with His Spirit? Impossible

These things are impossible by our standards, yet God made every one of them come to pass.

Do you believe He did these things?
Do you believe He STILL DOES these things?

Then you believe in a God who does impossible things.

“But Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” (Matthew 19:26).

God has done great things… and He is not done yet...
